1. Three (03) Months Valid Passport with Old Passport if have.
2. Two recent 4.0 * 3.5 cm -size color photographs taken in last 6 months (white background only)
3. Personal Bank Statement of Last Six (06) Months. (Transaction must be regular).
4. Invitation letter (If visiting family or friends residing in Italy)
5. Bank Solvency Certificate.
6. NID copy.
7. Air and Hotel reservation).
8. Travel Insurance.

For Business Person:

1. Trade license copy
2. Income tax return.
3. TIN Certificate.
4. Visiting Card.
5. And etc.

For Job Holder:

1. NOC / Forwarding Letter.
2. Office ID card copy.
3. G.O (Government Order) for Official Passport only.
